I Call Meeting to Order; Present: Present: Sam Hardin (Pres.), Dave Karolus (Sec.), Krista Carley, Dennis Herlihy, Jenny Behrens, Bob Ourada (past pres).
II Approve Minutes of Prior Meeting
Minutes approved.
III Treasurers’ Report
No written report.
IV Donation Requests
1. Easter Seal Camp attendance for Scott Dorn –
Motion by Dennis, 2ndby Krista and passed to not fund this request to stay in keeping with our mission. Motion approved.
2. Consider sponsoring event at fair. – Will ask Darron McDougal to speak to our club on Wed. June 22 and consider the request at next meeting.
3. Request from Langlade Trailblazers Volleyball team - Motion by Dave and 2ndby Dennis to contribute $100 to their trip to Nationals. Motion approved.
4. AHS Senior Lock-In – by Dennis and 2ndby Krista to contribute $100 to this event. approved.
V Past Business
Report on fisheree - 105 lbs. of fish were caught. 48 children participated with several adult volunteers. Cost this year for this event will be less than $1000.
VI New Business
Discuss possible use of Assured I D at market street days – OK to use as long as someone is in charge of the event. The supply of kits also needs to be checked and more kits may need to be purchased.
VII Upcoming Events
June 5 & 6 - Sell cheese curds at Off-road races – Motion by Dennis and 2ndby Bob to pay for electrical adapter for curd wagon to be used at places other than the fair (approx. $500). Motion approved.
July 19 - Sell pies and ice cream at music in the park
VIII New Members
Janene Beck-Hafner – Motion by Krista, 2ndby Dennis to accept Janene. Motion approved.
